For those needing temporary housing while relocating or during extended business trips. Maybe you are buying a new home and need somewhere to stay until closing.  Whatever your situation, we offer excellent short term housing to meet your needs

How do I check into and out of my Corporate Suite?
With our Realtor lock boxes, checking in and out of our housing is easy. Prior to arrival we will supply you with a lock box code. When you get here, simply input the code and the box opens providing you the keys to your short term apartment.

Are there any deposits required?
Everyone is required to pay a refundable deposit for our corporate housing. Our deposits start at $500.

Are pets allowed?
Most certainly, however, certain restrictions do apply.

What are my payment options?
Credit cards, checks, and even direct corporate billing are all accepted forms of payment.

What is the minimum lease term?
The minimum stay is 30 days, however sometimes there are exceptions; feel free to call and let us know what you might be interested in.

What does a Corporate Suite include?
All the furniture needed for living. All your housewares, cookwares, linens, dishes, towels, TV, DVD player, decor, and accessories. All of our Corporate housing are considered ALL UTILITIES PAID. (water, gas, electric, phone with free local calls and cable.)
